Turn brand guidelines into observable rules
Record approved colours, logo files, typefaces, lighting, materials and composition references. Replace vague words such as premium with specific examples: soft side light, uncluttered backgrounds and one accent colour.
Keep the product reference separate from the style reference. The first defines what cannot change; the second defines how the campaign should feel.
Separate each client’s context
Choose the correct brand before starting a campaign. Do not recycle another client’s reference images or logo assets. Keep a short brief with audience, placement, message and prohibited imagery.
In Flashly, use the brand kit as shared context for generation. For multi-brand workflows and client portals, check plan availability before defining your delivery process.
Approve a small visual direction first
Generate a small set of concepts and review colour, product fidelity, lighting and crop suitability. Approve one direction before producing a larger batch; generating more does not correct an unclear brief.
Record why an image passed or failed. A simple checklist makes review more repeatable than asking whether a picture feels right.
Measure your own production results
Track time spent briefing, reviewing, correcting and exporting. Compare approved assets rather than raw generation counts. Test campaign performance with your own audience; an attractive image alone does not establish a conversion lift.
