    Enterprise

The on-brand AI creative platform your whole org can standardize on.

Built for agencies and in-house brand and marketing teams that need on-brand production at volume. The Adaptive Brand Engine carries your logo, palette, type and tone into every asset, with approval workflows, access controls and an audit trail behind each one. And it is easy for the whole team from day one: no prompts to write, no training to sit through.

No prompts · No training · Built for brand and agency teams

    What Enterprise adds

Everything in Agency, plus the controls a larger org needs.

    Client approval portals

Give each client a review link. They comment, approve or request changes without a Flashly login, and every decision is kept with its timestamp.

    Team workspaces & role-based access

Workspaces per client or brand, with owner, admin and member roles that map to how your team already works.

Team approval workflows & audit trail

Route work through defined approval rounds. Every edit, comment and sign-off is logged, so you can trace who approved what.

    Dedicated volumes & infrastructure

Committed generation volumes and dedicated processing capacity, so throughput holds up during a launch or a busy retainer month.

    API, MCP server & webhooks

Call image and video generation from your own stack or from an AI assistant over MCP — pipe briefs in, get webhooks when assets are ready, pull them back out on your schedule.

Priority support, onboarding & a named contact

A named contact, structured onboarding and priority handling of your requests, with response-time commitments agreed in your contract.

    You own every output.

Full commercial rights on everything you generate. Your brand assets and prompts are never used to train the underlying models.

    • GDPR-aligned data handling, with a data processing agreement available on request.
    • Role-based access keeps the right people in the right workspaces.
    • Data-region options for teams that need production kept in a specific geography.
    • We describe our current security posture plainly during procurement and do not claim certifications we do not hold.
    How buying works

Three steps from first call to rollout.

    1. 01

      Book a demo

A 30-minute call to walk through your use case, volumes and the controls your team needs. A working session, not a slideshow.

    2. 02

      Pilot with your brand kit

We load your brand kit and run a scoped pilot on real briefs, so you can judge output on your own work rather than a demo reel.

    3. 03

      Roll out to the team

Provision seats, set up workspaces and approval roles. Onboarding and migration support are included in the rollout.

    The economics

One governed platform instead of a fragmented stack.

Most teams stitch together a retoucher, a generator like Midjourney or Canva, a separate editing tool and a video vendor — then coordinate the handoffs by hand. Enterprise replaces that chain with a single platform that carries your brand through every step.

The usual stack — costs vary by market and scope, shown as illustration

    • Retoucher or creative retainertypically several thousand a month
    • Product or lifestyle photoshoottypically a few thousand per shoot, per concept
    • Generator subscriptions (Midjourney, Canva and similar)a handful of separate seats
    • Video editing vendortypically project-based, per deliverable

Enterprise consolidates those line items into one annual contract — and adds the brand governance a photoshoot or a freelance retainer typically can't enforce on its own.

    Enterprise FAQ

    Questions before procurement.

Do you offer annual contracts and annual billing?

Yes. Enterprise is an annual agreement, billed annually or quarterly, with volumes and terms set during procurement. If you prefer month-to-month, the self-serve Agency plan covers that.

    Are there generation limits?

Enterprise runs on committed volumes sized to your team rather than a fixed public quota. If a launch pushes you past plan, overage is handled in the contract instead of throttling you mid-campaign.

Where is our data stored, and is it private?

Data-region options are available for teams that need production kept in a specific geography. Your brand assets and prompts are never used to train the underlying models, and a data processing agreement is available for review.

Can I connect Flashly to our own tools?

Yes — through the REST API, the MCP server for AI assistants, and webhooks that notify your systems when an asset is ready. Finished assets export in standard formats.

How does onboarding and migration work?

You get structured onboarding with a named contact: brand kit setup, workspace and approval roles, and help migrating your existing assets and libraries across.

What actually happens when I book a demo?

You email our sales team and we schedule a 30-minute call to scope volumes, controls and a pilot. There is no commitment to start, and the pilot runs on your own briefs.
